pasteurized milk (MJ 2.5%) - 3972 kg;
Kefir fermented milk drink (SEM 2.5%) - 8000 kg;
sour cream or cream (MWA 20%) - 1028 kg;
cheese (SEM 9%) - 307 kg;
Serum - 1693 kg.

Option 2
Raw materials: milk (MJ 3.7%) - 20000 kg.
